This bike has truly solved a huge problem for me! A single charge lasts me an entire week of commuting without needing to recharge. The performance is fantastic, and I rarely encounter any difficulty when climbing hills.It has made my life much easier and more enjoyable.

This bike has been such a time and money sink. It advertises 28mph speed, but mine caps at 19mph. I removed the limiter, but still cap at 25mph. Going uphill, the bike struggles.

Reaching out to Ancheer with triubles resulted in an email chain over 80 messages deep. All over a wiring harness. I even offered to exchange this thing for a cheaper model, but Ancheer refused.

Know that if you need help like I did, this company is terrible. They will try their best not to help you. It took 3 months to get my bike working again because Ancheer was waiting on the part to arrive.

Never buying Ancheer again.

This e-bike has been a great purchase! The motor provides smooth pedal assist, making hills and longer rides much easier. Battery life is solid—I can get several commutes or long weekend rides on a single charge. The brakes feel reliable, and the bike handles well on both streets and light trails. Assembly was simple and took less than an hour. Overall, it’s fun to ride, dependable, and a great value for the price. Highly recommend.

The bike arrived earlier than expected. Once assembled the bike started up and was good to go. It’s a big solid bike. Considering buy another for my wife.

I purchased this e-bike for my father, who wanted something to utilize throughout his neighborhood and on his property at home that wasn’t going to destroy the landscaping or his yard. This bike arrived when expected.
The bike rides great and is comfortable. It looks exactly like the pictures included in the advertisements, and the color/pattern is very appealing. We typically only use the bike for shorter periods of time (not traveling long distances or over long periods of time!) so the charge seems to last a while before we have to recharge it.
The bike arrived and runs as expected and is great for riding around on our property (grassy, gravelly hills) and going between houses in the neighborhood. We would definitely purchase a bike from Ancheer again.

This bike is great for my daily rides! The step-through design makes it so much easier to get on and off, especially in busy areas. It’s powerful and has great range, but it’s a little heavy for me to carry around when I need to store it.

It can take a while to get a full charge, which is a bit inconvenient when I want to quickly head out. However, once it’s charged, the bike performs great for hours.

It’s perfect for both city roads and light off-roading. The only downside is the weight. It’s a bit bulky when I need to store it or carry it up the stairs. But whatever, it's fat tire!!! The bike really feels solid and sturdy while riding.

Second bike from ancheer! Writing this for one main reason,the customer support from this company has always been there for me the entire time since my purchase. You can be assured they will not leave you without assistance, even a year later.

This bike feels a bit large for me since I'm only 5'5", but I've always wanted to try a fat tire bike because they look so cool! In actual use, this bike has completely eased my concerns. I received the bike on the fifth day after placing the order, but unfortunately, the front light was broken when it arrived. However, after contacting customer service, they immediately sent me a replacement. The bike’s performance is really impressive, even though I had to wait an additional 3 days. The battery life is also great—I rode 25 miles over the weekend without any issues, and the battery still had plenty of charge. I haven’t used it for too long yet, but I hope the battery's performance continues to hold up.
