I Love this Bike!! I had placed my order at the end of the day on a Monday Bike arrived 3 days later on a Thursday. Box was in Good condition bike was easy to assemble. I use this to travel from and to work that's 16.2 miles able to do it off one charge.

Works very good goes fast acceleration is crazy
Goes only 20 MPH tho and limits itself to that and works very good on bumps smooth ride worth the money

Without experience with other e-bikes I can't provide a direct comparison, but I can share my impressions of this one. We ordered a blue speedrid and received red. Notified customer service within 24 hours and didn't hear back from them for 6 days only to get a $30 offer back for their mistake. Sent numerous emails and they refused to come to a resolution. Except for the $30 slap in the face. Customer service is horrible! Not recommended for anyone!

Battery is solid but doesn’t always reach max range if I use throttle a lot.

I ride my bike everyday for all my activities and this bike has worked just fine for all my needs. Good acceleration and the fat tires come in very handy. Battery life is good and doesnt take too long to recharge.
