Having ridden 40 miles so far, I found the assembly process to be surprisingly easy - I barely had to read the instructions. However, tweaking the brakes yourself is necessary to prevent scraping and achieve proper tension. The motor packs a lot of power, and the throttle takes you from 0-20 really quickly, making it great for intersections. The seat is the best I have seen on a bike, providing a comfortable experience. It rides smoothly on highways and is relatively easy to service, especially compared to other ebikes.
