I had to actually update my review. I do absolutely the the bike, but my original review concerned the customer service provided by ANCHEER. Once I made the connection with someone who could help me - they were so incredibly fast and worked beyond in resolving my tire issue to include a reimbursement of the money I spent for a tire/tube and for the bike shop repair fee. I cannot recommend this trike enough. So inlove with being able to cycle again that I've just purchased a utility trailer to be able to explore different locations around the state and quite possibly beyond. EXCEPTIONAL joy derived from this thing. The joy I get from riding this trike for a couple of hours - keeps the smile on my face for a couple of days.

My husband and I love our trikes! We are in our 70’s Best way to get exercise! Great value for the money, my husband put both of them together and said it was pretty easy he watched the video first and it helped. the battery life is amazing we usually ride 2/3 miles a day and the battery is good for a couple of weeks. We have a lot of fun and yes they are a very smooth ride we’ve even ridden them on a gravel road and still a smooth ride!

This electric trike is amazing! I absolutely love it 💕. I used to walk to work, up and down treacherous hills. Now I can ride to work with ease, and have fun doing it! Trike holds a charge for a long time, and goes really fast! Would definitely recommend!

Nice trike. Like the features. Good power. Like the 7 gears, makes it easy to ride as a regular trike with out assist. My only draw back is it's a little heavy. But for the price I will deal with the weight.
