Purchased for my 10-year-old, and it's on the larger side, providing room to grow into it. He's around 5 feet tall, and if he were any shorter, it might be a bit challenging. We spent a week camping in the rain and thick mud, and the bike held up well. While we didn't leave it out in the rain, it got a bit wet, and we hosed off the mud when we got home. We are pleased with its durability. Our son has spent countless hours riding it, and it has only needed charging a few times. It's also quite fast, even in rough terrain and uphill climbs.
This bike comes 80 percent assembled, and the assembly process was straightforward. The rear rack required a bit of effort to align, but it wasn't a significant issue. The battery comes charged and ready to go. The main challenge was locating the power switch, which I found out from a YouTube video. When the bike is at O, it's in pedal-only mode. Shifting to 1 activates pedal assist, and as you pedal, the motor kicks in. The higher you shift, the faster you go while pedaling, I was able to reach 21 mph on a slight incline.
