We have only had it for a few days, but we love it. We will likely get a second one. When we went out yesterday, my son tried the bike and I rode one of my old bikes with no power. When I would get tired of pedaling my own bike, he pulled me with a rope. This was on the second lowest power level, and dragging along a second bike up hill with someone over 200 lbs was no problem. Plenty of power.

I've had this bike for about 1 months and put a bit over 300 miles on it. Loved it so far. Disclosure: I am not a biker and knew basically nothing about bikes before this purchase.
My use case: I'm living in suburbs where a walk to work or the nearest shops would be 30-40 minutes. There's also a small city about 7-10 miles away that friends like to visit. I don't have a car here, so I wanted a means of transport faster than walking and more reliable/flexible than public transit. I now use it for my daily commute (~10mi there and back) and getting into town.
E-bikes are SOOOO confusing to shop for. There is such a huge range. When I finally settled on this bike, I was nervous but excited. It arrived while I was at work so my son asked if he could put it together. He did so. Since I wasn't there I can't say exactly how easy it was to put together but since he did it, I can say it must have been fairly simple.
I love the bike rick and have added a bag to it to hold some small tools nd supplies. I ride it to work and back every day so that is about 6 miles a day. I love that this battery lasts longer and the cold does not affect it.
This bike is awesome. Everything u need to go for a long bike ride. And the best thi g is it gets up to 20 mph allowing to fly through town and get to work on time. I love this bike.
