I've traveled significant distances, around 30-45 miles, and the battery still had 3 LED's, maintaining a speed of about 20-22 MPH at full throttle. It's plenty fast and incredibly fun.

The Ancheer bike is securely packaged in its cardboard shipping container, and mine arrived without any damage. I recommend taking your time unpacking the unit, and if possible, having someone assist you in holding parts
As I'm aging and not as strong as before, the step-through design is crucial for me. However, I also need to find a balance where I'm not too high off the ground, making it challenging to handle the bike without dismounting.
