Upon receiving my bike, assembly was straightforward. Ancheer has been proactive in following up with me multiple times to ensure my satisfaction. At this juncture, I am inclined to offer a positive recommendation for their service.
Satisfied with the bike. The kickstand was initially damaged, but upon contacting the supplier, they promptly addressed the issue and providing a $10 credit for the inconvenience. They were quick to respond to any questions, ensuring efficient resolution of any concerns.
The bike is comfortable to ride, and the battery life is impressive. After a week of use, it still shows 3 out of 5 dots of battery life remaining. However, the installation instructions were not very clear.
I have a genuine fondness for this bike. The installation process was relatively straightforward, thanks to the partial assembly upon arrival, and YouTube videos provided additional guidance.
