We purchased this e-bike for our 12-year-old daughter in September 2023, and she absolutely loves it! She rides it to school every day. Being 5'0" and 90 lbs, it's the perfect size and speed for her. The assembly was easy, and it has good battery life.
The bike is intended for my wife to ride and keep up with me, and so far, she loves it. We've completed a couple of approximately 15-mile rides, during which the battery performed admirably. Even after these rides, there was no noticeable drop in the battery meter on the screen.
We bought two of these bikes. One turned out to be too large for me, and Ancheer generously provided a full refund. Huge thanks to Glory from Ancheer, you're awesome. My husband is thrilled with his Ancheer. It's robust, the tires are excellent, and assembling it for the first time wasn't too challenging. I wholeheartedly recommend this product, and for an online-only store, their customer service is outstanding.
I took the bike out for its first ride today, covering 16 miles and intentionally tackling hilly roads. The bike performed exceptionally well, confirming its value for the price. For female riders, I recommend considering a padded seat for added comfort. Overall, it's a great bike
I'm extremely pleased with this company. I've purchased three bikes from them, and all have been reliable and easy to assemble. I encountered an issue with the kickstand falling off my 27.5" electric bike while riding, and when I reached out to them, they promptly arranged to send me a replacement. The bikes run smoothly, and I highly recommend this company.
Immediately after my throttle was damaged, I reached out to the seller, and they promptly sent me a new one, providing assistance with the assembly. Highly recommend!

I swapped out the seat and installed a handlebar riser, but those are just my personal preferences!
