When I unpacked it, I found it slightly heavier than expected but still manageable. To my surprise and delight, the battery was fully charged. The bike's height is perfect for me at 5'6". While I had to assemble some parts and tighten a few screws, it was fine. It took me just under an hour to complete the assembly, including adding some additional accessories I purchased.
