My friend and I are proud owners of Ancheer Mountain Bikes and have thoroughly enjoyed them. However, after two months and a half and covering 100 miles on my bike and 200 miles on my friend's, we encountered an issue with a cracking and popping noise. Thankfully, Ancheer support, along with assistance from the manufacturing facility in China, helped us identify the problem I appreciate Ancheer and the Chinese facility for promptly providing the correct parts,The E-Bikes are now running smoothly without any noise issues. We're back on the road and enjoying the ride!
This e-bike has everything I could ask for. The throttle-only option is convenient, the thumb paddle gear shifter is a nice touch, the overall construction is excellent, the lights are bright, and having a brake light is a great addition. The pedal assistance is fantastic too. I rode 30 miles using pedal assist and still had plenty of battery left.
I bought a Ancheer bike, and we enjoy using it. However, we faced an issue when we lost the key needed to remove the battery. I contacted customer service, and they were able to assist me in resolving the problem.
Up to now, I'm enjoying it. I chose this bike to commute to work, aiming to exercise and aid my knee recovery post-surgery. It's proving effective. I begin with a low-level pedal assist, gradually increasing as my knee adjusts. I've noticed a slight weight loss, improved knee comfort, and cost savings from commuting without relying on regular transportation.
I purchased the Ancheer in 2023, and it's truly an amazing bike. The handling is superb, it's easy to maintain, and the speed, range, and torque it offers in its price range are excellent. Overall, it's a fantastic product. I've already clocked over 200 miles on the motors, and they're still performing admirably. You won't be disappointed!
The bike was incredibly easy to assemble and was packaged very well. However, the main issue I'm encountering is with the brakes. They are set up in the European configuration, with the back brake on the left and the front on the right. Despite the brake issues, riding this bike is fantastic. The motor is undoubtedly powerful enough to propel you down the road.
Assembly was not too hard, taking no more than an hour. The bike operates well and is relatively easy to understand. If it remains in good condition for a year or more without costly repairs, I'll be very satisfied.
