I was impressed with the speedy response to my message at 10:30 pm EST, and the replacement part was shipped quickly. Overall, this bike seems like a solid choice. There are a few minor improvements that could be made, but after the first week, I'm very happy with it.
I purchased the Ancheer after thorough research, and it has exceeded my expectations, It has been my companion on fishing trips and city rides, accumulating around 200 miles without any performance issues. While I wish the battery lasted longer, it hasn't run out completely, even on my extended rides. The smooth ride, quick motor response, make it an excellent choice. I highly recommend this e-bike to anyone in the market for one!
We had talked about getting electric bikes, but didn’t think we were quite ready. That is, until our neighbors pulled in on their new Ancheer, and my husband and I decided we definitely needed to have these! We are so happy with that decision. The bikes appear to be very well-made and have so many features that we didn’t expect for this price. We had done some shopping and knew what a lot of these pedal assist bikes were going for. They arrived very well packaged, and customer service has been very responsive. Highly recommend these bikes
