I got the e-bike a week after placing my order. Although there was no installation manual, figuring it out wasn't too challenging. After a few rides, I learned how to control the bike better and grew to love it. Climbing hills feels effortless. I've also ordered some accessories like mirrors and a black light. Overall, it's a fantastic e-bike!
