My son had an accident while riding the bike, and the fork broke, causing him to fall and hurt his knee. We're taking him to see a doctor. Ancheer Bike is sending a replacement fork to fix the unit. Despite the incident, we are pleased with Ancheer Bike's response and support.

The bike shipped quickly, and I chose the matte green color (so unique!) , which suits my 5'11" height perfectly. I feel confident in the bike, given Ancheer's long-term brand strength!
Very easy to assemble. It is great for both riding with or without battery assistance. Though it is a little bit heavy, it is comparable to normal mountain bikes. The seat is a little bit hard for me, but overall it still feels comfortable to ride on.
