there were two bolts that seemed to be tightened prematurely, making it difficult for me to attach the proper pieces. This was a bit frustrating, but aside from that, everything else was fine.
The customer service is excellent and the bikes are great quality for the money. It was easy to assemble, and when I encountered a problem, the customer service team contacted me within a few hours to provide a solution. The issue was easily resolved, and I was so satisfied that I ended up buying two bikes.
