Arrived in a well-packed box at 11:30 . Spent approximately 45 minutes unpacking (tools included), assembling, inflating the tires, and initiating the battery charge. By 6:00, I went for a test run covering a couple of miles, and it performed flawlessly. Although I'm cautious about pushing it to its full capacity, I did reach a speed of 18 mph. As an 84-year-old, I thoroughly enjoyed using the pedal assist feature uphill on the trail. After running it for 30 minutes, the battery still shows 4 lights. A fantastic purchase!
It's sturdy and incredibly enjoyable. I use it for all my rides, saving a significant amount on gas. The cost savings will eventually cover the bike's expense.
I absolutely love my e-bike. The assembly would have been easier if the instructions were clearer. The bike provides a comfortable ride, and I particularly enjoy the power assist for tackling hills!
The bike is excellent, especially with its 7 gears, which my previous e-bike lacked. It significantly streamlines my commute, as parking used to be the most time-consuming part of my car commute. The maximum speed in pure electric mode might be a bit low, but I understand it's for safety reasons. It has ample power for tackling steep hills and comes in handy during power outages.
After covering 200 km, I haven't encountered a single issue with this bike. It's comfortable and enjoyable to ride. Oh, and apologies, but the original pedals are not up to par, so I had to replace them. Not a significant issue.
I've owned this bike for approximately a month, and I'm quite fond of it. The only drawbacks preventing it from a five-star rating are the absence of cruise control and the lack of seat suspension. The motor exhibits impressive power, it freewheels smoothly, and you can still ride it manually even without any electric assistance.
I'm a 53-year-old woman, not particularly handy, but I managed to assemble it myself without any issues. I initially bought this bike for my taller son, but since he's not using it, I've claimed it for myself! I stand at 5'4", and while the frame is a bit large for me, it feels fine when I'm riding. The crossbar is a little high when my feet are on the ground, given my height. Considering the price, it's a fantastic choice for a first electric bike.

A perfect 10 out of 10

Arrived in good condition, but required some adjustments. The front hub needed adjustment, brakes needed tuning.

Both my grandkids and I can easily use this bike.
