I believe this is the best deal for an electric bike with a 12.5 Ah battery It's remarkably fast and comfortable. The packaging was impeccable, and the delivery was very prompt. While the front light could be better, it's a minor inconvenience considering the overall excellent deal. Additionally, the customer service is highly responsive and helpful. I had a small request that was quickly and fully resolved to my satisfaction.

Contrary to several YouTube video reviews, it's easy to pedal as a regular bicycle without the power in case you need to get home without the power assist. Kudos to Ancheer for offering a low-priced option in the e-bike market
