Excellent product! I received my Ancheer a few days ago, and it's running well. Assembly went smoothly, never put one together before. I've only ridden it a few miles, and the battery so far is looking good. It came out of the box with no nicks, cuts, or bruises. It does as advertised. Well done, Ancheer
The bike arrived without any damage or issues. However, I later encountered a battery issue twice. On both occasions, their customer service was highly professional, offering to send me a replacement part at no cost. Unlike most companies that may avoid sending replacements, Ancheer prioritizes customer service and quality over profit. The bike itself performs well with 20mph speed cap, even downhill. Without pedal assist, it's relatively slow at around 10mph (or 14mph with effort), but once you engage the engine, it accelerates quickly.
After using the electric bicycle for several months, I can confidently say it was a very wise investment. I am extremely happy and satisfied with it! I highly recommend it!
It performed well. However, I did upgrade the seat and handlebar clamp to raise the handlebars and add a spring-loaded seat for added comfort. It's convenient for short rides using pedal assist and full throttle. With a week between charges, thumb up!
