No significant cons. I faced a bit of difficulty while installing the front tire; I had to use my own wrenches since the provided ones were too small for the bolts. Additionally, only one side of the bolt needs to be loosened. Having another person to steady the bike during front tire installation is helpful.
The motor did experience a malfunction, but upon reaching out to the company, they promptly sent me a brand new rear wheel with the motor. I give 5 stars for customer service. The bike itself performs admirably, meeting expectations. If there's one improvement I'd wish for, it would be in the suspension.

It's not a big issue, but I expected to have the option to handle hills better. Overall, extremely satisfied with my purchase! I highly recommend it; it's a lot of fun.
