The motor did experience a malfunction, but upon reaching out to the company, they promptly sent me a brand new rear wheel with the motor. I give 5 stars for customer service. The bike itself performs admirably, meeting expectations. If there's one improvement I'd wish for, it would be in the suspension.

On very gradual inclines, it's fine, but on steeper hills, you'll find yourself pedaling with some assistance even in the strongest setting. This thing is incredible! I use it to cruise around town with my son on his e-dirt bike. I snagged a fantastic deal! It arrived promptly and met all my expectations. After thorough research, I concluded that this provided the best value for my money!
As a regular mountain bike, the unit is well-built and slightly heavier than the typical aluminum frame bikes. However, don't let the weight discourage you; it's a solid choice. During normal operations, I found the gears to be responsive and precise. The disc brakes perform effectively, and if they feel soft, they are easier to adjust compared to standard caliper systems.
In full e-bike mode, I'm impressed by how well the motor handles most hills in my area. Overall, it's definitely worth the investment!
