I purchased two of these bikes, and initially, I had a question. However, once the communication started, they were great to work with. I love the bikes and receive many positive comments on them. They are relatively easy to assemble, and I've enjoyed adding accessories, I would highly recommend them.
I had mistakenly misconfigured one of the values in the computer setup. leading to my initial that the battery wasn't charging, when it was fully charged. Once I corrected back to 48V, everything is working perfectly. I highly recommend this bike; in fact, I just purchased a second one for my wife to ride!
I purchased the Ancheer as a Brithday gift for my son, and he absolutely loves his electric bike. It has encouraged him to spend more time outdoors, and I appreciate its design, It's a fantastic gift!
At first, I faced difficulties charging the battery. However, after reaching out to Ancheer's customer service, I was guided to a video that revealed I was attempting to charge the battery with the power switch button in the wrong position. Now that I've become familiar with everything, riding the bike is a joy.
It is a bit large, but at 5ft 8in, I can ride without any issues. I simply lean the bike to mount and dismount. I particularly appreciate the power it provides on hills, making it feel solid on various terrains. Given the chance to make the purchase again, I would still choose this bike. At 70 years old, I value the range this bike offers. The only challenge during assembly was with the rear rack, where I had to bend one of the braces. Other than that, I give it a thumbs up.
I'm so pleased with it that I'm considering buying a second one for my wife, who also loves it. The bike is quite tall and may not be suitable for individuals under 5'5".
After extensive research, I decided to purchase two Ancheer Ebikes. They were shipped quickly, and the only issue was a slightly bent rim on one of the bikes. I reached out to customer service, and they promptly replaced it with excellent communication. Since receiving them, we've covered a significant number of miles, and we haven't encountered any problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend these bikes for their price.
