We received an email from the seller explaining that there is a black switch on the side of the battery that needs to be turned on. Once we found this hidden switch, the bike worked perfectly. My suggestion is to include this information in the instructions and make it clear to avoid confusion for others. Customer service was very helpful and proactive in addressing any issues and made sure we figured it out. Thank you; my boyfriend absolutely loves this thing.

Standing at 5'8" and weighing 218lbs, I had concerns that it might make the bike slower or consume the battery faster. However, this was not the case at all. I commute to work daily, covering 10 miles round trip, and the bike takes me to work without any issues. Surprisingly, I return home with still half the charge remaining. I've received numerous compliments on its sleek appearance, and it saves space at work. The bike is fast, powerful, and I can easily navigate over dirt or grass. I love it!
