This was my first experience with an e-bike, and I chose the Ancheer after comparing specifications with well-known scramblers like Super 73, and Revv ,Fortunately, I ordered mine before this production run sold out, and the Ancheer has exceeded my expectations.
We received an email from the seller explaining that there is a black switch on the side of the battery that needs to be turned on. Once we found this hidden switch, the bike worked perfectly. My suggestion is to include this information in the instructions and make it clear to avoid confusion for others. Customer service was very helpful and proactive in addressing any issues and made sure we figured it out. Thank you; my boyfriend absolutely loves this thing.
Requires a significant amount of assembly, but the end result is truly worth it. I would highly recommend this bike to everyone. It's a recommended item!
The finished product looks beautiful and rides very well. I, weighing about 230lbs, can confirm the advertised 20MPH. I absolutely love it. I'll provide updates as I put more miles on the bike.
