The bike arrived a day earlier than expected, and the assembly, guided by the YouTube video, was relatively easy. Now, I can effortlessly tackle hills that used to require me to dismount and walk. The pedal assist and throttle modes meet my expectations, and I'm excited for many adventures with my new bike!
I encountered an issue with the battery dislodging while riding, and the customer service department was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. After some trial and error, they promptly sent me a new battery. Since receiving the new battery, the problem has been completely resolved, and I am now very satisfied with the bike. The excellent customer service and their commitment to addressing concerns made a significant positive impact on my overall experience with the product

All the necessary tools were conveniently included in the box, and although I used my own for a few steps, they proved sufficient. The directions were well-labeled, illustrated, and easy to follow, taking about an hour as I meticulously checked and double-checked each step.
The battery came mostly full, prompting me to take the bike out for a spin. The experience was nothing short of amazing – this bike is truly the bees knees!
This e-bike is well-made and attractive. I'm very happy with the bike, The bike is made very well, and it's priced lower than others. It does have cable brakes, not hydraulic. It's a very good bike.
