The bike is excellent! It arrived in good condition, and assembling it was a breeze, taking only 15 minutes. Unexpectedly, the cable work was a nice touch. Despite a slight bend in the back wheel, likely not the manufacturer's fault, it doesn't affect the bike's performance. The brakes work smoothly, components are well-greased, and everything is pre-configured nicely.
Took about 1 hour to assemble (I'm not very handy). Comfortable to ride, not overly exciting but generally good. The battery lasts about two houres on the High setting on flat roads.
I may not be very skilled, but this electric bike is highly reliable and powerful. I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to consider purchasing this electric bike.

Unfortunately, the second bike arrived defective, with the fork for the front wheel welded incorrectly, making it unusable. We reached out to the company with pictures, and although the response was delayed, they eventually mailed a replacement part. Despite the challenges, the company was helpful in resolving the issues.

I like this electric bike very much. The quality is very good and the parts used are very high-end. In fact, it is very light and can be ridden without batteries, but using the auxiliary function allows me to ride further. It's nice to have this electric assist.
Awesome bike, well-built. I've ridden it for about 50 miles already. It's fantastic to go biking with the assistance of the electric motor, especially for tackling hills and catching your breath. Everywhere I go, people on other electric bikes ask me where I bought it. Customer service has been great in answering any questions I've had.
