Assembling the bike was straightforward, and it's very comfortable to ride. The battery performs well, and I appreciate the numerous features it offers. The customer service is highly responsive. I like this electric bike very much. The quality is very good and the parts used are very high-end. In fact, it is very light and can be ridden without batteries, but using the auxiliary function allows me to ride further. It's nice to have this electric assist.
I recently ordered one of these bikes, and it's been working perfectly fine. So, I decided to order another one for my wife. Unfortunately, the second bike arrived defective, with the fork for the front wheel welded incorrectly, making it unusable. We reached out to the company with pictures, and although the response was delayed, they eventually mailed a replacement part. Despite the challenges, the company was helpful in resolving the issues.
The bike is excellent! It arrived in good condition, and assembling it was a breeze, taking only 15 minutes. Unexpectedly, the cable work was a nice touch. Despite a slight bend in the back wheel, likely not the manufacturer's fault, it doesn't affect the bike's performance. The brakes work smoothly, components are well-greased, and everything is pre-configured nicely.
Took about 1 hour to assemble (I'm not very handy). Comfortable to ride, not overly exciting but generally good. The battery lasts about two houres on the High setting on flat roads.
I may not be very skilled, but this electric bike is highly reliable and powerful. I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to consider purchasing this electric bike.

I've only had it for a short period, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. it was a delight to ride. The bike attracted a lot of attention for sure.
