I asked my husband for this bike for my 70th birthday. Having not been on a bike in years and living in hilly North Carolina, I knew a regular bike wouldn't suffice. At 5'6", I needed to lower the seat a bit, but it's a fun bike to ride. Still adapting to the speeds, but for someone who doesn't exercise much, I definitely recommend it
