We ordered two bikes, one in black and one in white. The black bike was perfect right out of the box, with a range of over 40 miles and easily reaching speeds of 30+ mph in boost level three. Every aspect of it is user-friendly, and most importantly, it's a lot of fun!

I received the bike as ordered and found the assembly process to be straightforward. However, I encountered an issue with the display on the meter. Upon reaching out to customer service, they promptly responded, asking relevant questions and sending out a part in an attempt to resolve the problem.
Considering the price, I would say the bike is decent.
We've decided to keep this bike specifically for when the kids come to visit. Overall, it's proven to be a reliable option
