The assembly of the bike was straightforward with helpful online videos and clear instructions, taking about an hour and a half to complete on my own. The ride is smooth, and I use it for an 8.5-mile daily commute to work. It charges in about 3 hours and covers approximately 20 miles. At full charge, it reaches the advertised 21 mph on flat terrain, hitting 23 mph downhill. Uphill speeds reach about 15 mph on a full charge. Pedaling doesn't significantly impact downhill speed but helps uphill and functions like a normal bike with the power off. The bright lights are effective, and the bike feels sturdy and well-made. It handles grass terrain easily but should avoid large gravel patches at high speeds. Overall, I have no complaints
