These bikes are fantastic. I initially chose this bike because my wife needed a really short seat. The bike is well-packaged and easy to assemble. I appreciate that the rear rack is welded to the stout frame, and the electric features are great. It comes with 7 speeds, 3 levels of assist, and even a bell that brings a smile to my face. While the bike is not lightweight, and loading it into the van is a challenge for my wife, even without the battery, I still really like it. I did invest in the big cushy gel seat, although the original one was not bad.
