I purchased this bike, and the riding experience has been excellent. The only problem I encountered was a broken controller attachment to the handlebars. I reached out to Ancheer, and they quickly sent me a replacement controller. Their response was courteous and prompt. I highly recommend both the company and the bike.
The bicycle is excellent for the price. Although I didn't use any directions to assemble it, being a mechanic for my entire life made it fairly self-explanatory when I took it out of the box. The display was a bit challenging to understand in terms of advanced settings, but I figured it out. It runs well.
The bike provides ample power to tackle hills and achieve impressive speeds on flat surfaces. The battery life is commendable, requiring only a weekly charge even with daily commuting to work and back, covering about a mile and a half each way.
