Purchased for my 14-year-old son's birthday. Be aware, it is very fast! We limit speed to 3 on flat surfaces and 4 uphill, with no need for the 5th speed setting. Sturdy and reliable overall. One drawback is the bracket holding the heavy battery pack, which could use an upgrade. When removing the battery, flip the seat down to slide it off. Feeling positive about the purchase

While they claim 20 mph, I could only reach 18 mph. Nonetheless, it is an excellent electric bike for the price. It stands out as the best among the low-end bikes I've tried, surpassing my two previous bikes.
We bought two of these bikes and absolutely adore them. The battery easily lasts for at least 30 miles, and we've never had an issue with them running out of charge. They effortlessly glide up steep hills, which we encounter frequently. despite being lighter than most e-bikes, they are remarkably sturdy. We travel in an RV, and despite being exposed to rain, there's been no rust or signs of wear. Truly the perfect bicycles!
The bike arrived securely packaged with each part carefully protected, ensuring no scratches or damage during shipping. I appreciate the flexibility of switching to electric assistance. While it's too early for a comprehensive review, I am currently satisfied with my purchase.
I purchased this bike, and the riding experience has been excellent. The only problem I encountered was a broken controller attachment to the handlebars. I reached out to Ancheer, and they quickly sent me a replacement controller. Their response was courteous and prompt. I highly recommend both the company and the bike.

This bike is sturdy. A more comfortable seat is advisable, and if you're over 6 ft, a seat extender is necessary.
