Living in a windy state, riding against the wind on a regular bike is challenging, but this ebike has made it significantly easier. I'm giving it four stars because I don't have anything else to compare it to, but if my next bike is as good as this one, I hope it's from the same company.
Impressed with the bike's ability to hold a charge effectively, I found the unique pedal assist feature to be a standout. The ability to toggle it on and off not only enhances the biking experience but also contributes to extending the overall range significantly.
When the bike arrived, it showed minor damage to the rear fender, which I deeply regret, but when I contacted the seller, they were polite and responsive to resolve the issue.
The bike runs as expected and has been fun and easy to operate since I've been using it.
My husband, who developed a heart condition and couldn't bike anymore due to fatigue, found incredible relief with this purchase. It's been a game-changer! He now rides around our 10 acres, picking berries and transporting tools for projects. I initially gave it a try, and it has allowed us to enjoy sunset rides again, a simple pleasure we hadn't experienced in years due to aging hip and heart issues. I highly recommend giving them a try.
This bike is excellent, and it's quite fast.he manual clearly states that riding in the rain could void the warranty, which is concerning as it poses a risk of damaging a $600 bike.
This bike is absolutely incredible! The instructional video was a fantastic guide, making the assembly process seamless. Riding it is a joy as it glides smoothly, and the inclusion of a horn is an added bonus. Overall, a fantastic experience with this bike.
I'd like to express how much of a positive impact this bike has had on my cycling experience. Due to disabilities, I haven't been able to go on a 1-mile or longer ride for many years, and this bike has truly made a significant difference. I've already completed two rides over 5 miles, and it was an incredible experience.
