The only issue I have is with the assembly process. I have never assembled a bike like this before, or any bike for that matter. Although there is a video on Amazon for guidance, it moves at a fast pace, causing me to constantly rewind, pause, and rewatch, which is incredibly frustrating. I suggest saving yourself some time and finding a YouTube video for assembly.
On the positive side, the bike arrived in great packaging. However, note that the tires are deflated, so make sure to have a bike pump on hand. Other than that, my brother is thrilled with it. Considering the price, it's a great purchase.
