I love it! I bought this bike purely for fun, not as a car replacement. Fortunately, mine arrived undamaged. I was able to assemble it easily, While working, I charged it up a bit. During the test ride, it reached around 22 mph before the hub maxed out.

great exercise. As a 5-foot woman assembling it alone, it wasn't the easiest task, but I managed by watching the video. I must admit, as a 5-foot, approximately 35-year-old woman, the bike I bought is a bit tall for me. However, I still love it. I either use the throttle to go or give it a jump push since I'm short. Interestingly, my mom (5'3") and dad (5'5") have no problems with the bike.
