They are incredibly friendly, nice, and proficient in English. While I usually don't find writing reviews necessary, their efforts truly deserve recognition.

This bike is solid. The tires and shocks add to the fun when we go off-roading. After researching several bikes, this was the best deal I could find, so I ended up buying a second one. The LED light is fantastic for night riding,Overall, these are great bikes, and we love them. You will too.

Okay, I've only had it for a day, so I can't comment on the battery life just yet. Assembly was pretty straightforward, although, personally, I found it a bit challenging. I enlisted the help of a neighbor for reinforcements, and he managed to put it together quite easily for me. I'm loving how it feels. I did have a slight mishap on my first ride—made a rookie mistake by hopping off the bike while keeping my hand on the throttle. The bike ended up colliding with the wall, but luckily, there was no damage to the bike, the wall, or me. After a quick practice on dismounting, I nailed it. So far, so good!

The battery life of this e-bike is truly incredible! I've gone on 5+ hour rides with pedal assist, and the battery still had plenty of charge. The built-in light for nighttime rides is outstanding, and having a horn is a nice addition. The LCD screen is easy to read and provides clear information. The ride itself is incredibly smooth, I've been riding this e-bike once or twice a week for the past two months without any issues. The large tires perform well on rough terrain. Assembling the bike wasn't too difficult, but I recommend having someone help you. It takes about an hour to assemble. Overall, this bike is amazing! The price is reasonable, and it looks beautiful. I highly recommend it!
