The bike was delivered sooner than expected and was relatively easy to assemble. However, there was an issue with the front forks as they were tweaked upon delivery, prompting a return. I must commend Ancheer in customer service, who was absolutely awesome. She quickly arranged for new forks to be sent out, demonstrating excellent customer service. Let me begin by stating that this review may not show up as a verified purchase. My girlfriend surprised me with this bike as an early Christmas gift.
In terms of comfort, some have complained about the seat, but I find it tolerable.
Regarding the battery, it's decent. Despite advertising 30-40 miles, the actual range depends on the mode and throttle usage. Averaging 20-20 mph during my ride, I usually have 3 bars left on the battery indicator by the time I'm home.
Overall, I am satisfied with the bike. It's comfortable, the battery life suits my commuting needs, and it has significantly reduced my ride time.

The bike has been really nice

I've owned this bike for a while now and ride an average of at least 15 miles per day. With close to 400 miles on the bike, I'm currently on the second set of tires and brakes. Surprisingly, everything else remains original and in perfect running order. I absolutely love this bike!

I purchased this electric bike for my daughter to use at our cabin in Otsego County, NY. She loves it, and it has proven to be reliable with good battery life. We routinely embark on 12-18 mile rides, and despite a few minor issues, the bike has demonstrated power and satisfactory battery performance. Considering the price, it offers good value. To date, we've covered approximately 400 miles on the bike.

I'm guessing it took about 2 hours for me to put together. Everything works well, and I'm able to pedal uphill with this bike.

Battery and motor are well integrated; like the electronic speed/range display and integrated lights; and it's a great mechanical bicycle for this price point as well. Super satisfied.

It arrived in perfect packaging. In fact, I installed the fork backwards and for some reason my toes stubbed when turning the front wheel. I had a mountain bike before, but it had a rear shock...not good. I'm 5'11" and 210 lbs, and I specifically wanted a bike without shocks because shocks sap your power. This bike feels solid and is fairly lightweight. My first time The ride was a 9/10 mile downhill ride from my garage to town, through town and back up again. It's comfortable and looks like it'll last a while.the tires pick up the ride over uneven pavement Very comfortable. Looking forward to building up some stamina and riding some trails.

Absolutely love it! I managed to go 40 miles without needing to recharge. The assembly only took me 30 minutes. Being 65, I opted for a new seat and a suspended post for added comfort.

I used to be more of a runner than a cyclist until I broke my foot a few months ago. I purchased this bike to save on gas and to stay active. I'm very pleased with it. In the evenings, I ride it for about an hour without the pedal assist. On nice weather days, I take it to work, which is 8 miles away, and I can get there in 30 minutes with the assist turned all the way up. This is my first e-bike, and I would definitely get another.
