Like the step through, handlebar adjustments, and the rear pack battery. Easy to learn the gears and how to throttle. Love that you can peddle like a regular bike, use pedal assist, or just throttle alone. Bought one white and one black. Would definitely recommend. Also, if you are short, just turn the seat bar the other way and the seat will go lower below the rear rack. Professiona has been quick to answer any questions, and delivery was early in the window.

This bike works great. I've been using it daily (10 miles) and never had any issues. My husband has the Aventon Pace 500 which has a stronger motor and more features but honestly if you are looking for something simple and reliable, this bike is for you! Overall, this was a very good purchase.

Being an avid trail/off road biker, I wanted a way to get my wife to be able to join me on some of these trails because she has medical issues that limit her to use a conventional bike, especially in off road conditions. When I researched eBikes that would have various degrees of pedal assist, and full throttle assist I honestly could not find another eBike that met these criteria for under $1000 or for that matter, even under $2000. WOW was it worth the wait. Not to get into specifics, I and my wife are extremely happy with the eBike. So much so, last week I ordered two more eBikes...one for myself and one for my adult son. I eagerly await these bikes (which have more powerful 500W electric motors). Can't tell you how satisfied I am.

Had my bike going on two years I love it no problem I did buy an extra battery I would recommend that. With the extra battery I feel comfortable on around 50-mile trip pure Electric. I'm 74 with a knee problem bike is well-balanced. Buy one and enjoy.

I have an answer step through bicycle e-bike that looks very familiar to this I've got 4,200 miles on it but I can't seem to get and cheer to sell me a new six pin throttle control I would give them even a better higher rating if they would reach out to me at 6:[****] and explain to me why I can't buy another throttle control assembly so I could put even more miles on my answer

It is a very smooth comfortable riding bicycle and it's not very heavy

This is a good bike for the money! Not the best bike, not even a great bike, but a solid value and I am pleased with the product!
Assembly is required. The instructions are adequate but they do not teach the "build a bike" skill. If you don't have the "build a bike" skill be prepared for a mini project that might be fun or have someone lined up who truly knows how. Improper assembly and adjustment could result in a bike that's scratched up, doesen't work properly, is uncomfortable, or might even be dangerous to ride.

My wife and I each got the Ancheer Swan and absolutely love them. The pedal assist makes climbing hills almost effortless! I ride everyday. I’ve had mine for 2 months and have over 400 miles.

I bought this bike almost a year ago. I've put just over a thousand miles on it. I'm 70 years old and have back and hip problems. I've been cycling all my life and thought an Ebike would make it easier on my old bones. I use the throttle only mode all the time. The bike will easily go 20 MPH but I rarely go over 15. Riding slow I can easily get 40 miles on one charge. I bought a different seat and post for more comfort. I love this bike. No problems at all after 1000 miles. Well made and does everything I want. No off road though. The only thing is the brakes aren't as strong as what I'm used to but they work. I highly recommend this bike especially if your old like me. The step through frame makes it easy to get on and off. Get one or two.

I bought my anchor bike 5 to 7 years ago and although I don't use it that often it always works when I go to it and I am very satisfied with it
