Consumers should stop using the batteries for e-bikes model no.AM001907 immediately and contact Ancheer for a free replacement battery and battery mount.

The reason for recall is the lithium-ion batteries may, in some circumstances, ignite, explode or spark, posing fire, explosion and burn hazards to consumers.
