ive enjoyed this bike for 3.5 yrs. have wrecked it several times, however,it's very dependable, until now it has never broke down on me. thumbs up on price of this bike. it is heavy but have no bad thing to say other than:it's a good buy.

This bike is perfect for me. It was shipped and arrived quickly. It was fairly easy to assemble (one wrench didn’t quite fit, however) and it just worked immediately. Battery life is great. Love the option to not pedal at all at times- a lot of other comparable-priced electric bikes don’t offer that feature. Very pleased!
William G.
I drive it everywhere. Very happy with its performance

Excellent service bike is absolutely brilliant would highly recommend it to
Anthony A.
The bike arrived in time although tracking was non existent so did not know which day it would arrive, a tense time indeed but arrive it did and i could not be more happier. This bike performs well and is so much fun to ride i would recommend to anyone. My only real complaint is that when it came there was a big scuff/scratch on the frame straight out of the box that spoilt my general enjoyment but considering this came all the way across Europe to me in the UK i can't really complain. A great bike 5 stars.

After 500 miles still worth!!
I love this bike

I use the bike almost daily, as a commuter to get across town . It works great on trails and is a lot of fun to ride! I've also added same accessories. It's almost 500 miles in 5 months ♂️

great bike. battery last quite a long time haven't sussed the exact time yet but still on 2 green lights after several miles and I was using mostly throttle. only moan is that the seat gives you bum ache and will need replacing with a more comfortable one. would be great if it could go a little faster but hey! overall for price extremely happy.

We love our bikes! Came packaged nice easy to assemble and for a 1/4 of the cost of other equivalent bikes being sold they are amazing! Try them out they are amazing bikes!

This is a good inexpensive e-bike. I've been using it pretty much every day to commute to work, which is about a 16 mile round trip. Could do with some better instructions for set up (e.g. didn't realise you had to fit the quick release on the front wheel, so I initially forced the nuts holding the bearing cases off to try to bolt it onto the forks and thought the axle was too short!), but once working, it works fine. Maybe take it to a bike shop if you don't know what you're doing! Only other comment would be that I'd ideally like a torque sensor rather than a cadence sensor to drive the pedal assist. I appreciate that's not going to happen on the basic bike at this sort of price, but it would be good if Ancheer could maybe offer a conversion kit to replace the bottom bracket.

i love this bike. I do wont to increese power to 500 watts.

I bought this bike over 1 year ago. 2 flats in the back tire. Piece of cake. I took pictures before I took off the back wheel, but did not refer to them when I put it back together. I did replace the tire and tube with a Wal-Mart tire and a tube filled with "slime" a product that fills most holes that can occur in a blowout. NEVER HAD A BLOWOUT SINCE! I live in Tallahassee, FL> which is also referred to as "The 7 Hills Of Rome". I measured the one street I use most often, it rises 21 feet in about 1400 feet. I have never taken my bike out of 21st gear and when I pedal up the hill at full throttle, it is like I am on flat ground in 2nd or 3rd gear. NO SWEAT! We have one other hill I have ridden. It is about 1/2 mile long and the rise is about the same as the other. From Tennessee St., up Monroe St. to the Capital Building. Again, in the 21st gear, no sweat! I have also recorded with an odometer app. on my phone (along with My Elevation App.) trips back and forth to work. 3 and 1/2 miles, level, up & down, at 11 MPH almost every time, and using the street, its sidewalks and stopping for traffic. I could not maintain that without using this electric bike. I don't care about the other electric bikes, I got and know this one. The longest trip so far was about 10 miles each way, up and down, and the battery still had power. Can you tell I like what I invested in? YOU BETCHA !!! Take it from a proud and grateful owner. Happy trails to you!
Martin H.
This bike is technically great, I only have one issue with it, that you cannot adjust the height of the handle bars as I and 185 cm I need them to be higher, so I will have to take it to a bike shop to be replaced.
Anyone under 180 cm will be perfect for this bike.

The Biciclete arrived in good condition, easy to assemble, everything works well in both pedal and electric mode. Good buy, I was well accompanied by the support team of Ancher. Congratulations.

Bought Ancheer bike from Amazon ....Easy to assemble rolls along beautifully use power as and when needed makes going uphill easy perfect for me.

Easy to assemble. Have to use less assist to get battery to last over 6 mi.. Wish battery was a little stronger.
Overall a very nice bike. I think it will work great for my use especially if
I use less assist.

Very good experience with this company, made a mistake in the order to start with and had to have refund and then reorder, Customer Services were very helpful and the refund went through without a hitch, My new bike arrived in a couple of weeks, built up looks very good unfortunately weather not been fit to try it out properly yet, seems to work well on the stand so looking forward to getting out on it.

can you use a stem extender to raise handlebars

I have an Ancheer Bike similar to this one here but it is black and white. I love it. Surprisingly the motor really has some push. I ride 6 miles mostly uphill everyday after work and to be honest I wouldn't be riding a bike if it wasn't for this great EBIKE. I pedal with the motor always though when going uphill. I wouldn't rely on just the motor to unless on flat ground. On flat ground through the city, pure electric is awesome too. I took this bike on some dirt trails i shouldn't have and it held up great, and I even road it through the rain for hours, NO PROBLEMS. Really happy with this bike. Im 5'8 160 works great for me.

I use the bike almost daily, as a commuter to get across town. It works great and is a lot of fun to ride! I've also had a ton of interested people ask me questions about it. Super affordable and well equipped!

I bought one of these usedthe other dayt. An older model. I have taken it for about 3 miles so far and it really works fine. Need to get a riser for it but nothing else

Added rear fender and front mud guard and switched to a 10ah battery. Great commute bike 5 mile ride in about 15-18 minutes pedal assist cranking.
Getting 30 miles plus on a single charge.
Girlfriend also has same bike used old battery for a backup on her bike.
Added a rack with disk brake mount it's awesome. Good bye gas guzzling heaps of dog do.
Gary D.
Easy installation, had to bring the bike to a bike shop because the shifter was not working properly, Front brake was binding, (which I was able to fix myself), cost of repair at the bike shop was $40.00 delivery was over two weeks, but overall experience has been excellent thus far! I think that the wait, and the fact that I had to bring the bike to be tweaked, my own time and labor, the extra$40.00 I had to come out of pocket, Ancheer should send me an additional battery!

I love the bick for the hills and the wind. i could get lazy . The best money i ever spent. Now i have one question for you. I had the bick for a month and i got a flat in the back tire, how do i disconnect the eletric system from the back tire so i can take the tire off. Please email me how to do this . Thank You sincerely Robert Hartley

Just passed 2500 miles of everyday commuting to work for the last 3 months. Anywhere from 10 to sometimes 30 miles a day. With recharging whenever I stop and every night.i don't drive and added a few accessibility options like a back rack saddle bags 2 bike computers front and rear wheel a phone holder and led lights around the frame for night riding. Hooked up to the headlights.which I upgraded and added a flasher led.

Good experience until now. No problem with the transport, delay and now with the bike olso. This model was for my wife and is a good size for her. I'm waiting for a biggest model for me. Thierry

Firstly this is not a motorcycle. I bought this to use as a daily commuter.I now have 1000 + miles on it. The pedal assist works fine and may be ok for leisurely riding but I just use the throttle and pedal. This is a great bike. Strong frame and wheels. Been in two crashes and no damage. The tires are nice off road tires and now live on my daughters mountain bike. I switched them out for high pressure road tires. Forget about the horn and light. They don't work. I am 6'1" 32" inseam and had to buy a longer seatpost($30) to fit this frame. 13miles each way commute. Battery life is fine. After the 26 mile round trip it has a little juice left but not enough for another ride to work. I would buy again.

After losing my licence due to poor decisions, I decided that I was going to have to get a mountain bike. After weeks of research and checking state laws, I decided to buy this bike. After all, I would be paying the same amount for a decent mountain without a motor. And I must say that I dont regret my purchase. When I got it out of the box and put it together, I was surprised at the quality. Then I took it to the gas station and filled the tires with air and got on and pulled back the throttle. I couldnt stop smiling and laughing . The power was not what i expected. I weigh 235 and it pulled me rather quickly. So me being me, I had to test this thing out to see what it got. That first week iI bet I did at least 150 mi untill I got a flat back tire. I discovered that can go almost 20 mi on a charge in pedal assist mode. And there were some pretty steep hills on some of my treks. Thats the beauty of this bike, you can go full speed on flat to semi hilly roads. And then when you hit those steep hills you have plenty of energy to tackle them, and the pedal assist helps all along the way. For me its the perfect marriage of exercise and being able to go where i want to go without being exhausted. Since then I added a cargo rack and bag, lights for night riding and speedometer. I would definitely recommend buying this bike just because its fun.

Awesome ebike for the price...one issue that should be addressed is that the front wheel on the fork is facing backwards as shown on the the picture and on the video...the fork needs to be turned around so the disk break on the bike should be on the left side so as you pedal and make turns your foot does not hit the tire...for shipping purposes it was turned around so to fit in the shipping box...any reputable bike shop will correct this and also make minor tuneup and adjustments as needed as this is new out of the box and isn't tuned up like new bikes purchased at bike store...it is not safe riding the bike with the front wheel fork backwards...I luv this bike...safe rideing to you...

I was wanting an ebike as I'm a chronic pain patient with a bad back and pedaling does not work well for me on it's own. With the throttle mode enabled this thing can get up and go easily and quickly. I'm 6'4" and almost 300 pounds and it will hit about 15/16mph on the motor alone for me.
Pros:
- Cheap, super cheap. Unless you want to buy a kit on your own this is going to be easily one of the most affordable ebikes out there, most of them cost over a grand.
- Powerful and easy to use. I like the pedal assist but I pretty much just use the throttle mode and keep the bike in 7th gear at all times.
- Easy to assemble. Pay no attention to the people complaining about lack of instructions, this bike is 90% assembled in the box and they have a clear and easy to watch video instruction of someone assembling the bike right out of a box.
- Comes with a tool set to assemble and for maintenance
- FUN. This thing is a little piece of freedom for someone living with chronic pain like myself, it's such a beneficial thing to be outside and gliding into a nice breeze.
- Can go offroad! Easily one of the best parts of the bike is that it still is a mountain bike and has enough suspension and power to get you through a field, crossing, etc while using it.
- Easy to install accessories, but most bikes are. I suggest getting a rear rack so you can mount saddle bags, repair kits, etc.
Cons:
- Cheaply made. You aren't paying for a Lexus here, though.
- Front tire had a hole in it and the tube was useless, this was easily replaced but not too happy about getting a faulty product shipped to me, I didn't want to hassle with the shipping fees for a return or replacement.
- The plastic chain guard by the pedals is a POS. Mine fell off mostly on it's own after each plastic screw quickly broke. This was within the first 2 days of owning the bike, I removed what was left of it completely and I haven't had any problems since. I plan on replacing it with a metal, quality guard eventually.
- The chain guide was a bit loose and caused a few problems early on, MAKE SURE IT IS TIGHT AND ALIGNED OR YOU WILL HAVE A LONG, ANNOYING TIME WITH CONSTANTLY FIXING THE CHAIN. Before you take it out for the first ride confirm that the chain travels along the path it's supposed to
Overall I'm pretty happy with the bike and I will eventually update this review after it's received a lot of love, as of now it has about 20 miles maybe on it with minimal problems. I encourage anyone who is thinking about getting into the ebike world to seriously consider this. It is a risk as the warranty is a bit vague (you have to contact them and they don't contact well) but if you know (or learn how to) how to properly maintain a bike or have a local bike shop I think this bike will last you quite a while.
Bike Guy
Got the bike yesterday, charged the battery last night, and took it out for a test spin today. It ran nearly perfect, with just a bit of scraping from the rear disc brakes that I think have adjusted better now. Very simple job, The bike runs quicker than what I expected from a small 250 W hub motor.
People complain that the front fork is on backwards. No, they just turned it that way to fit the bike into the box. Every single bike I have shipped, I have had to do that to. Just spin it around and twist the stem the right way. Tighten the two allen head bolts, and away you go. Other people complained that the hub motor made noise. Actually, it is almost silent. No one will ever know you are on an E bike from the sound of it.
The pedal assist takes a little while to become accustomed to, but once you do it is really neat! The bike will fly up steep hills if you pedal along. What used to take me a half hour to 40 minutes to ride home ( of the hills) took me 17 minutes on this bike, and I wasn't winded like I got on the non electric bike. You can ride it like a motorcycle too by twisting the throttle.
As for the instructions.... WHAT instructions? I had nothing. Luckily I am experienced with bikes and mechanical things in general. The bike is largely assembled anyway. I immediately purchased a $50 lock and a well made rack for the back, as well as changed out the seat. The tires are nice, but cheap, and you WILL get flats unless you upgrade things. At that point you will have close to another $200 to $225 in it, and you will still need to find some sort of theft proof wheel skewers so that no one steals your wheels. Figure on replacing the H-bars too with something that will enable you to sit more upright and comfortably. Get yourself a basket for the back, a water bottle holder, a tali light and a mirror too.
The only concern I have is the battery mount. It's a combination of plastic and aluminum, and unless I make a brace for it, it is gonna probably break at some point. More importantly, the battery, while disguised to look like a big water bottle, isn't gonna fool even your casual crack head thief. Some way has to be devised to fix it so that it won't be stolen, or get used to carrying it around with you in a backpack when you park the bike, which could be a real PITA. I am going to try epoxying a metal tab to the battery case and loop a cable with a lock through that and around the frame. Figure on putting something similar on your seat as well.
By the way, the bike is tons lighter than my old lead acid battery powered Currie E Zip bike. The 250 W Ancheer hub motor doesn't have the power of the 450 W E Zip bike, but it also doesn't weigh nearly 80 pounds, so its a fair trade off. This bike is light for an E bike. So far I really like it in almost every way. It's a steal at the price they sell it for, and appears to be very well made at this price point, and intelligently designed.

I previously posted about problems I had upon arrival, and, in all fairness, am upgrading my one star to a 3. The problems regarding the "assembly instructions", the confusion regarding the front fork being backward, flat tire and issues getting pedals attached are pretty consistent from my experience, and I wish I had more info prior to buying. However, ANCHEER responded to my issues in a timely manner and quickly agreed to allow me to bring the bike to a local e-bike shop (will see how smooth reimbursement goes).
I finally had a chance to ride the bike for about a mile (uphill most of the way- steep slopes) and get an initial feel for the ride and how everything worked. So far, I am pleased. Looking forward to tomorrow if the weather holds.
SOME KEY NOTES:
1. FRONT FORK IS TURNED BACKWARD FOR SHIPPING- FRONT BRAKE DRUM SHOULD BE ON LEFT. PICTURE ON CURRENT INSTRUCTIONS IS WRONG- FRONT FORK IS BACKWARDS! (if you look at vids online you can see many where people have the fork backward because it almost seems right and they do not make it clear at all in words or depictions unless you hunt down the proper elusive assembly video).
2. WHILE THE PEDALS MAY BE DIFFICULT TO ATTACH, GENTLY SCREW IN, INITIAL THREADING TENDS TO HAVE ISSUES. EACH PEDAL IS MARKED (R,L) AND THE LEFT PEDAL SCREWS IN COUNTER-CLOCKWISE TOWARD THE FRONT TIRE.
Overall, i think it's a fair buy- a decent electric bike at a reasonable price.
I'll gladly post more once I ride a little more an finally attach my pet trailer!

I love this bike. I am 63 years old and do not get out much due to not being able to walk very far. I have used this bike to go to CVS to get my med's, and that is a three mile round trip. I live in a valley and the hill is very steep to get out, and about five blocks long. I use the pedal-assist to get up the hill. Then as my legs tire I switch to pure electric mode till I recover. At this time the power level is down to three bars out of five, but as I pedal from time to time the battery recovers up to four bars. I have installed a cargo rack and bags so I could tote back some groceries like milk, eggs, bread etc.-etc. all about 50Lbs. and two mile round trip. I put about fifteen miles a week on the bike, but that will soon change when the weather breaks. The battery holds up well, and I am planning to piggy back a home brew 18650 battery bank to the existing system to improve performance. But as is it's a GREAT! buy for the money. Hope this helps some one that is looking for a GREAT! bike.
Branda P.
It performed better than I expected. However, on my first ever test ride, the back tire blew out completely and the speed and power gauge bolt fell out, but you get what you pay for.
fernando s.
Everything was easy to assemble, but had a missing disc brake pad for front wheel. So I rode around only using my back brakes. One week later I updated bike with missing brake pad and everything runs great. Not heavy at all. Easy to pedal like a regular bike as well.
Dave
Really love this bike I've been using it for work for around 6 weeks and it goes well and its quite well made one thing I wipp say is the chain broke after about 2 weeks of using so bought a new one and alls good now. One thing I wanna know is what size brake pads do I need to get for it. As I want to get different pads on it?? Overall 8/10

I'm loving riding this bike. It's forced me to get off my lazy butt and enjoy the outdoors again. There are two main downsides of the design, the seat and the front forks. The seat is very uncomfortable, and the front shock are do NOT lock. You will waste so much energy climbing hills. This is an excellent product for the price.

I bought this bike to commute around town and it's been a great investment so far. It showed up in about a week, was easy to put together, and I couldn't be happier with it. I mostly use the pedal assist function while riding around, and it's pretty much like having bionic legs. Hills and strong wind are no problem at all, and I haven't run the battery all the way down yet even after 20 miles.

Hello I have a question, Is there in this bike pedal support
Customer
For $600.00 there can't be a better bike out there. Very impressed with everything about the bike.

Battery charge lights not working properly and makes me wonder how much charge I have left. Other than that, it has great pick up from stop on electric only and gears work great.

Love this bike! Long lasting battery, quick recharge and good power!

The bike was easy to assemble taking about 30 minutes. It??s a solid bike and the electric motor has some pop!

I am very satisfied with my bike. does ANCHEER offer a cruiser style handlebar for this model ?
Mr. Nadman
I absolutely fell in love with this bike the first month or so I owned it. I rode it everywhere (in the rain, to Starbucks, several miles to the local bike shop, you name it). It didn't take long for the cheap construction to show, though. It had trouble shifting into gear, then bent the chrainring as a result, I adjusted it and then it happened again. Then a tire went out, and I now need to buy a whole new chainting set and install that, after throwing $60 at decent tires. So $100 in service for the first few months is pretty sad. I cut my losses and bought a used road bike, with is so much better and more reliable.
david
excellent e-bike ready to ride and great price. I use this all year round. easy assemble just make sure you buy a nice lock set preferably a U bolt lock and a cable battery removes easy to take out and carry with you. and on the long trips bring charger with you and you can charge it while you visit charges in 3-4 for full charge goes about 15 mph and gets about 25 miles with pedal assist
Kevin Carroll
While this is not a top end bike, it does the trick. So if you're watching your budget or if you just want to give an electric bike a try before going top of line, this is a good place to start. I took the bike on very rough mountain bike terrain and unfortunately the motor burnt out. The seller was very responsive and they replaced my motor.
Cyril J. Wanket
The bike is exactly what I wanted. I'm a 70 year old man so the peddle assist is a wonderful feature. I'm able to enjoy bike riding while not being concerned that if I go too far that I won't be able to get back or be too exhausted. The bike has a number of features, like disk brakes, front shocks, electric horn, and front headlight. Compared to prices of other electric bikes, the Ancheer is priced not to drain your wallet. The biking season is coming upon us so I will be able to future comment after the season about reliability.

I love this bike. It take me more mileage if I use the pedal assist and no problem going up hill. Your will not feel sorry buying it. Is a real Money well worth spent.

Exactly as expected. Fine for going over bumps, small hills.

AWESSOOOOOMEEE. Worth every penny! Ive always love the freedom of being on a bicycle and just blending in being able to go wherever you want, but i have terrible stamina and my legs get weak pretty quickly. But with this thing i can go all over the place without breaking a sweat. I never use the pedal assist mode, i just cruise along on full electric. Will do around 1 hour or so on full throttle before the battery dies, which is plenty for me. I have 2 motorcycles but theres just something about cruising lowkey on this thing through the city. Would also be an awesome gift for any one thats a little older that likes to go on bike rides, get tired just twist the throttle and your away! Amazing bike

My husband loves this bike. We're not as able as we used to be, but this bike makes riding much easier in our hilly terrain.

First off, I am not a mountain bike enthusiast and am not planning to do serious off-roading with this bike. Most of what I need it for is riding on paved urban roads with occasional riding off-road.I purchased this bike on Christmas Day and it arrived two days later. The next morning I put it together using the supplied tools and a couple of tools of my own. Despite a minor issue with the front brake (more below), it was up and running in less than an hour. The 250W motor provides adequate power for most hills in my area and I can usually get at least 20 miles of range with my daughter and her TREK MT201 trailer bike in tow. The LED headlight and horn are both nice features. The Pedal Assist mode works in the vast majority of situations, but when we need to climb a really big hill it is good to be able to hop off and use a little bit of throttle to push it up.Like I mentioned, upon initial assembly, the front brake was not hugging the disk enough to generate sufficient stopping power. I took the bike to a local shop and was told I got a defective brake caliper. I then contacted Ancheer via to inquire about a possible resolution, who responded the next day and asked me to upload some images/videos to show where the issue is. But then I decided to take the bike to a second shop for another try. Luckily, the technician found the spring inside the brake caliper had become stuck, possible during shipping. After he removed the screw, popped the spring and re-assembled the brake, it started working flawlessly. I emailed Ancheer and let them know the problem was resolved. Ancheer was kind enough to offer me a small refund to compensate me for the trouble.Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase and would recommend this product to everyone with similar needs.

I searched assorted sources for about a year before finally pulling the trigger on this bike and I could not be happier.ProsIt's electricEasy to assembleMostly completeConsThe battery eventually runs out of juiceI am not new to riding bikes but I have never been one to actually work on a bike. I found the assemble very simple with the aid of the YouTube video Ancheer has to help you. I charged up the battery and the first place I rode was to Performance Bicycle for a tune up. The tech their stated that the bike appears to be well made and the pre-assembled gearing was fine. He did find that there was a missing front brake pad, so after getting one in there and tuning the brakes, it cost me $25 and I was on my way. I had budgeted $100 for a tune up. I am already up $75!Without pedaling the throttle zips me around at 14MPH and I have successfully gone 18 miles without pedaling. Putting the pedal assist on 3 allows you to roll along at 25MPH while putting in no effort at all. You are there to keep the sync going, not to put pressure on the pedals. I have not measured how long the battery lasts while pedaling the entire time, but I would expect 25-30 miles. On my 3rd attempt to charge the battery, something went wonky and there was a spark and smoke and the charging port was melted. The battery still worked, but once the charge was gone, it was no more. I contacted Ancheer customer service and they shipped me a replacement battery at no charge. You have to praise that kind of customer service.I have only put 65 miles on it so far so I cannot comment on its durability yet, but I will update this accordingly. I see the price has dropped since I bought it. That is great news for those of you still undecided. This is a great bike. Buy it.
Will Valentine
It??s a great little bike. I say little because I??m 6??3?? 255 lbs male. I was unexpectedly impressed with the motor and battery. On flat roads I can criuse at 14-17 mph on full throttle which is nice. There are some seriously steep hills in my area and there are times the motor has nothing to offer but on medium grade longer hills the pedal assist makes the climb much better. On the downside the bike is a bit ??rattly??, close enough to the ground that I need to watch for pedal drag, may have to get a longer seatpost to get the seat high enough, and the way the front and rear gears are lined up one needs to keep the chain on the front gears on the largest one at all times, making it 7 speed instead of 21, go ahead and replace the tubes when you set up the bike, pushing a bike isn??t fun, and lastly, mine shipped with a bad rear derailleur, but I had a local bike shop replace that and give the bike a much needed tune up for $80.It??s not a motorcycle. Unless you live in a flat windless town you will need/want to pedal. But I find myself wanting to go for rides. And tired when I get back. Makes cycling more fun, more speed, more distance, and a much more tired Labrador retriever. Gets four stars because it??s 1/3 the cost of the next level ebike. Good price to test the concept but would love to build my own at some point, maybe with two motors, definitely more power and bigger gears.
karl kerneha
It's well built. Look's nice. I only wish it had a place for a second battery. I also wish I'd have gotten the color I ordered.

I got this bike for my wife, who has been riding her 21 speed bike for years. I have a converted bike that is now an E-Bike. This is going to be hard to believe, but I only charged it when we received it, and today, two months later, I placed it on the charger for the firs time sine then, She has put 95 miles on bike, of course she is mostly peadling it, and only use the power going up steep long hills, and accelerating from intersections. This is got to be a new record for miles / battery charge! I only gave it a 4 star because the brakes squeak when applied to stop.

I have 2 of these ancheers ebikes..they are entry level = fix and repair reg. = buggy / fun fun funspacers on rear hub, magnets coming loose,.. one is about 2 miles per hr faster than other 17-15..I have not found an extra battery that would fit the cage. google = jkba-fst battery, I even emailed iancheer= no replyschematics for electronics = hard to find.. If there are any??( motor is simple enough and will like a little grease asap. blue loctite + torque wrench (easy to strip hex-allen bolts)the seats had to go, headlight lacking, horn a toy,,they are heavy dogs to pedal.( you'll get a real workout)..but when they are humming..boy oh boy... lots of fun .. every one that I have let ride one has had a minor wreck..including me.. as they are fast enough to get into troubleIf you decide have to have an ancheer.. ..do like I did...buy two so you have a chance of one running and then you have an extra battery (a $200 value) but if you're not a tinkerer - repair kind of person --you should spend more for a better brand...maybe get some support...the bottom line...It's.fun to ride but not fix. no support/ battery ?Happy ebiking...73 oo-Joejust a note:some bikes have "only pedal assist" - No "throttle only" mode like this one does..I would not buy a "pedal assist only" mode. The throttle give you the best control possible.

Had this for a few months. It's a game changer coming from traditional Walmart bikes and whatnot. It's Chinese made, so that had me worried for the first few weeks, especially given some reviews. But I'm happy to say some of of the issues I've seen from here haven't happened to me.The battery is probably the only con. I think I get around 10-15 miles, which isn't really bad.

This is an amazing electric bike worth the price!!!!! This bike is so safe fast cool great Costmer service hope you like my reveiew

I bought a Ancheer Mt. Bike, new, from 2 months ago. V.I.N. GYMYT17070936 I can not get any assist electric power from the rear wheel motor. I may have found the problem. The battery charger that came with the bike is a 12 volt charger model # CY122000 . The E-Bike Battery is a; 8-ah 36 volt . The hand brakes are also on the wrong sides? Right hand brake lever works front tire. Left hand brake lever works the rear wheel? Why? in China are the brake controls backwards? I am afraid that in an emergency stop I will try and brake the rear wheel with right hand and endo the bike .

Good bike for the price. Fun to ride and more powerful than I expected. Have ridden about 400 miles and have had some problems. Horn quit working after 2 weeks and seems to be in the light assembly. Looks like you might break the light trying to fix the horn so left the horn broken and just say beep beep now. Front tire had a flat and the tire and tube seemed really thin so replaced both with better ones. Good bike for casual riding.

Just received this bike two days ago. With the help of youbtube video by "Vegan Romainac", I assembed. (I had never put a bike together before.) Took me about an hour, and I screwed up the adjustment of the front brake (note, you don't need to adjust this in order to get the wheel on - my mistake), but otherwise all went well. I charged the battery while assembling and then was able to ride. I thought I'd need to pedal some to get up my steep driveway hill, but the pedal assist kicked right in and got me up the hill. It continued to kick in when I pedaled all the way into town and back. I never went above "medium" on the pedal assist - that was fast enough for me. What a deal - arrived within a few days. Thank you!

horn and light failed in the first week. still on the road 500 miles on.

excellent bicycle

Works as advertised. Not super-powerful on hills, but good enough. I average between 10-15 miles per charge (depending on how much extra gear I'm carrying.

I had this bike for a month i did 700 miles on it in one month... I went on trails and long trip rides... I am 175 pounds 5ft 8 and this is the best good affordable ebike there is... top speed on full charge is 22 mph but after about 3.5 -5 miles it does around 16- 18mph .... Here is my specs on the bike....low assist which is 12- 14mph you can go 65 miles on a full charge... on medium assist 14.6- 18mph you can go 30- 38 miles depends on hills.... high assist 18 - 20.3mph last 23 - 25 miles also depends on wind, hills, weight of rider... Etc Full throttle less than 20 miles which i havent tried it out I usually ride on medium assist and if im late to work full throttle baby!!! The only thing is tires are decent... brakes are alright just tweak the front and back and get a bigger battery with more amps like a 36v 11amps... For the price its a good solid 7 out of 10 I give it 4 stars literally shut up and by the bike you wont regret it... Everywhere i go people ask what kind of bike is this or the just look even the neighborhood kids look at me like woah... Lol I even was able to ride with the pro cyclist bikers with no promblem... I getting new tires on it soon and getting a 36v 13amp battery I checked the specs and it goes up to 15amps but i wouldnt go that high on a 250 watt motor...

This does not get extremely fast (I've gotten the bike to around 15 mph, but I was never expecting to go extremely fast. I rode about a mile a day to the bus stop and then lock it up and take the bus.The battery lasts about a week or two if I use the electronic as opposed to the assisted pedal mode and I do use the electric, but the pedaling is still an option because I can throttle while pedaling. Is also rather inexpensive with some really good parts. It has Shimano gears and disk breaks and the bike costs less than 750.

Very good for what it does battery life is very good at least 20 miles per charge miner adjustments to brakes and derailleur

Bought this bike November 2017 for my wife. As it was winter I did not put it together until April. It was easy to put to together. I could not get the dash to work. went on line to find a dealer. I could not find one. Found a electric dealer who worked on electric bikes. I took it to him to try to get the bike to work. Returned to the dealer and he said the control boxcables were a mess. he fixed the bike but I cannot use the throttle could not be hooked up. The bike will work when youpeddle. This fix cost me $100.My wife likes the bike especially up hills. Have the bike put together before you receive it.that way you will know it works.

It's good for electric bike and never break a sweat anymore but could go a little faster and last longer
Customer
Brakes suck badly. They won't stop the bike in urban traffic. Mine came with a warped rotor. It is a basic bike and they added a motor. Makes it a little dangerous in town. Otherwise it is a fantastic bike and a lot of fun!

This bicycle is very fun to ride.

My bike was delivered very fast, I assembled it according to the directions, charged my battery like the instructions said and the test ride was amazing, everything worked great, I am very impressed indeed

Only problem is someone ran into it had to replace the peddle arm and now the electric doesn't work. Have to try to find out whats wrong with that yet.

Shipment arrived in perfect condition. Assembled easily in less than an hour. Everything worked as it was supposed to. After charging battery enjoyed a short get acquainted ride having not ridden a bike for over 60 years at now my age of 82!

In addition to other reviews, my bike was under 2 feet of water when my house was flooded by Harvey. Water was as high as the battery connectors and the switch and I wasn't expecting it to be working. Surprisingly after cleaning it from the dirty water and mud it worked flawlessly. Great product!

So far we really like this bike. Has enough power to climb the hills in our area and the battery lasts a long time.
Timothy P. Oliver
Excellent bike, gotta maintain it tho. 18mph constantly aon bumpy road would loosen the best parts. As long as you maintain this bike it'll last a good amount of time. Can't beat the price

I bought two of these bikes. I really like the bike but the front brake pads kept falling out of the front caliper. So two things I did and anyone who buys this bike should do "change out the brakes and change out the seat". I went with Avid BB7 brakes and a Cloud Nine seat. Made a huge difference. I've only ridden about 15 miles and the battery is still full. I wish it had more speed but really does a good job for 250 watt motor. The motor works good whether you are using pedal assist or using the throttle twist. I live on a steep hill and it goes up it really well with pedal assist.Customer support was very good when I contacted them.If not for the brake issue I would give it five stars,

Shipped on time, very happy with the eBike. Thanks

Because the first bike sent was damaged en route, it was returned before it even got to me. The manufacturer then immediately contacted me about sending a new one, and my local bike store had it fully assembled (and fully charged), ready to go within three weeks of the original date, ie., yesterday. Very professional.Re the bike itself... Well, so far, I can say I'm exceedingly pleased. It looks exactly like the picture, and I'm amazed at all the added features it has - light, horn, reflectors; everything needed to get right on the road. And my initial ride was terrific. The ease with which this thing allows me to negotiate any trail, road or path regardless of the slope is incredible. I now feel the opportunities for new experiences in riding different venues has expanded immensely. Just great! And my 1-year-old puppy dog loves it too, as he happily runs alongside. So, I'm very happy now. But it's early. Let's see if it'll keep up. Any problems as I proceed, I'll write an update.

Great little bike. Ride it with no power like a regular bike, Ride it with pedal assist, get extended battery life and plenty of exercise without over-exerting yourself. Ride it with throttle control and enjoy riding without pedaling at 15 - 18 mph. I get about 20 miles with throttle only. With pedal assist I get around 30 miles ride time. Bike does stop working every now and then, but I just turn off everything and ride for about 5 to 10 minutes, then turn the battery back on and it starts working again. Strange but whatever. Good disc brakes, shifts fine, As with all electric bikes tender care has to be used. Don't go flying down the road and hit those big speed bumps or pot holes. If you just ride it carefully it will give you a lot of fun times. I have a hip replacement and stage 4 cancer and this bike has brought life back into my body. I received it in the last week of August 2017 and have ridden it every day. For the price I have no regrets. Have close to 400 miles on it. I will give another report when I hit 1000 miles.

i've rode this bike every day since i bought it a month ago and love it. for $615 fed-ex had it on my porch from cali to texas within 5 days standard shipping. no damage with the exception of a fist size hole in the cardboard box. assembly was simple. documentation gave me a laugh and put me in a good mood while screwing it together ;} brakes and derailers were even adjusted properly right out of the box. rides smooth as silk. i have many electric scooters and bikes, but the battery range on this one is very impressive. if i HAD to find something con to say about it... the handle bar height can't really be adjusted, and they don't sell extra battery packs. i'm building my own backup battery with 10 laptop cells stacked in a 3/4" pvc pipe. i might buy a second bike at this price.

i got this bike off of ebay so this might not get approved but i'm trying anyway. when i got the bike back in feb. thru mar. it was easy enough to get together. only thing that was wrong from the start was the factory attaching the brake adaptor's upside down which meant the brakes wouldn't have any pull on them. i was on my way to the local REI and at the turn my brakes didn't even stop me enough to stop at the traffic light. so in hindsight make sure to get the brake adaptor's corrected otherwise you'll likely be relying on your feet to do the stopping.

The bike works very well but the mount that holds the battery on the bike has failed and started to smoke one day when the battery was plugged into it. Now I cannot get any reply from the seller on how to buy a replacement
nicole
For a low priced electric bike it's excellent.
